Terms of Service

By accessing or using PrepMDCAT Pakistan ("PrepMDCAT", "we", "our", or "us"), including our website (prepmdcat.pk), Android app, and iOS app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

PrepMDCAT provides an educational platform for MDCAT (Medical and Dental College Admission Test) preparation, including:

• Practice MCQs and mock examinations
• AI-powered tutoring and explanations
• Flashcards and study materials
• Performance analytics and progress tracking
• Study planning and scheduling tools
• Community features including forums and leaderboards

To use PrepMDCAT, you must:

• Provide a valid phone number for OTP-based verification.
• Be at least 16 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

PrepMDCAT offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Limited access to MCQs, basic analytics, and community features.
• Premium Tier: Full access to all MCQs, AI tutoring, advanced analytics, study planner, and all premium features.

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through the respective app stores (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). Subscription management and refunds follow the respective store's policies.

You agree not to:

• Share, reproduce, or distribute PrepMDCAT content (MCQs, explanations, study materials) without written permission.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access our services.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users on a single account.
• Post offensive, harmful, or misleading content in community features.
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards, scores, or any gamification features.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of PrepMDCAT.
• Use PrepMDCAT for any unlawful purpose.

All content on PrepMDCAT, including but not limited to MCQs, explanations, illustrations, study materials, software code, designs, and branding, is the intellectual property of PrepMDCAT Pakistan or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use PrepMDCAT content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

PrepMDCAT uses artificial intelligence to provide tutoring explanations and study recommendations. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated explanations are for educational guidance and may not always be 100% accurate.
• AI recommendations should be used alongside official textbooks and teacher guidance.
• PrepMDCAT is not responsible for decisions made based solely on AI-generated content.

When using community features (forums, study groups, challenges), you must:

• Be respectful to fellow students and maintain academic integrity.
• Not share actual MDCAT exam questions or engage in exam malpractice.
• Not post spam, advertisements, or irrelevant content.
• Report inappropriate content using the in-app reporting features.

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

PrepMDCAT is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Specific MDCAT scores or admission outcomes from using our service.
• Uninterrupted or error-free service availability.
• Complete accuracy of all MCQ content or AI-generated explanations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepMDCAT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Receive multiple content moderation warnings.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of PrepMDCAT after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
